We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was modern, clean, and had high-quality products. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on. The pool area was beautiful, with stunning views over the city and harbor. The hotel facilities were in great condition, including the quiet and serene swimming pool and the more upbeat pool with a DJ. The staff was exceptional, especially Michael, who went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They made our stay a breeze by organizing transport and restaurant reservations.
Nothing, all excellent. The service and attention to detail from the hotel staff were amazing.

Amazing view from the balcony and quiet location.
The pool was not very clean and there was a bit of an odor around the hotel.

The island can be chaotic, but this hotel is an oasis of peace. The view from the charming balcony is breathtaking. The staff is professional and accommodating. The hotel has a lovely terrace restaurant overseeing the salt-water pool, which is a plus. the bus to the nicer beaches further out on the island is right near the hotel.
The service could use some work.

The hotel offered excellent breakfast and great facilities. Its location was also perfect, with easy access to key attractions in the city. We really enjoyed the stunning views from our room's terrace, which made our stay even more pleasant.
Even though the hotel had comfortable beds, the pillows provided were not firm enough, which resulted in a bad night's sleep. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the toiletries were not regularly restocked.

The treatment rooms were beautifully appointed, and the sunset views from the sun terrace were breathtaking. The restaurant offered an exquisite breakfast and private facilities for maximum comfort. It was clear that there was no expense spared in creating this luxurious experience.
We experienced only one minor issue during our stay at this hotel. The manicure services were not up to par, as the polish started chipping after only a few hours.
